They did some extensive repair work for me. I felt they treated me well and I was glad because my car and the town I live in had put me through vehicular HELL for 2 weeks! I'd had a very stressful time. I feel this mechanic worked hard to solve my problem, and well, so far so good. 👍 They offer Loaner cars which are BEYOND helpful for me and them since then they can take the time they need to work, and the customer can go on with their life and nobody has to feel overly stressed or rushed. I like that they went over my vehicle and found all the major needed repairs. Due to expense, we fixed the most pressing problems but I have a nice list of what needs to be worked on. Since I have an old vehicle, I feel that was very helpful and I felt they really worked well with me. I think Off Campus was very good and in the Central Iowa area, good mechanics are kind of hard to find. The cost wasn't great, but that was to be expected due to a serious issue I had. I do feel they were fairly priced for the issue. I do highly recommend them. Please check them out.

I brought my car in for their “road trip inspection” service, and they did an outstanding job. The team was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They checked all the essentials—brakes, fluids, tires, and more—giving me total peace of mind before hitting the road. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. If you’re heading out on a long drive, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back for future service!

I’m very thankful for the staff who have taken great care of my son’s vehicle. They are responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, kind, efficient, committed, and reasonable. They kept me informed of what they needed to repair and why.

Amazing service and Keegan at the front was a tremendous help. Was broken down on Sunday coming back up from Kansas to Wisconsin and they were more than helpful and personal, especially Keegan. Gave us a loaner car to get around the city as me and my fiancé have never been there and he also gave us some places to see and have a drink at. They were able to get us done that same day and we were able to get home that night. I am a welder so Keegan was able to inform me on everything going on and what was needed to be done, he did not treat me like an idiot as I have been treated at other shops I’ve gone too. The techs were also very clean and quick, leaving my already messy truck as I was traveling in great condition inside and out. Nobody tried to sell me a service that they did not think that I needed and the techs were also very friendly.

I live in the Quad Cities, but had to come to IC for a medical issue. As soon as I arrived, my ball joint failed and I became stranded with no way to get to my appointment. When I called AAA, I had to pick someplace to get my car towed, and Off Campus was the closest shop I could find. I’m incredibly glad I chose them! They gave me an itemized list of all the work that needed to be done and let me approve or deny them as I needed, so I knew I was getting a fair price. Here’s the best part though - they finished my car THAT DAY! I’ll never be able to thank them enough for their work.
