I came here to get my car repaired after a negative experience with a DIFFERENT mechanic that supposedly “fixed” my cars emissions system light. Only to drive 2 miles and have the light come right back on. The other mechanic did not give me a warranty for his work and we basically wasted close to $500 with him. After looking at the reviews I decided to bring my car to off campus auto. They were very professional and did a thorough diagnostic work up. They found the problem and replaced the sensor. In total I paid about $1.7k but I am confident that they are a professional shop that warranties their work. I don’t know if the price is reasonable or maybe on the higher end but I’m happy to pay for it to be repaired right the first time and hopefully not need to come back again. So far the light has not turned on. I’m hoping this is the end of this journey as we just had a baby that spent time in the NICU and those bills are also rolling in. Also forgot to mention they offer loaner car options for local driving, which sounds pretty good but I didn’t end up needing. Overall I’m happy with their services and will bring my cars here in the future.

Went in for just an oil change. Needed some other work done, at a reasonable price. They were not pushy and was able to get in and out fairly quickly

I am new to Tiffin. I experienced a flat tire. I called Off Campus Auto Repair to see if they would be able to work me into their schedule. They were very polite and understanding of my issue and asked if I could drive my truck to their shop that same afternoon. I was surprised I could get an appointment so quickly. In less than one hour, they pulled the tire off, repaired it, and mounted it back onto the truck. I was extremely grateful and able to leave town the following day. I highly recommend Off Campus Auto Repair!

Got me in for service fairly quickly, diagnosed my problem, and did the repair in a timely manner.

A bit disconcerting when your visiting from out of town and smoke starts coming out of the steering column. Had it towed to Off Campus late Monday afternoon and it was ready for pickup Tuesday after lunch. Received texts/calls regarding service and costs. Wonderful customer service and felt they cared about my car. Would recommend this shop to everyone.

They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They kept me updated about my car repairs and sent me a detailed estimate before doing any work. I would recommend them.
