Great folks! Myself being new to the area, I checked them out based on local Reddit reviews. Very satisfied. They had me drive with a tech to demonstrate issues, then sent over the investigation notes and estimate thru a cool online system that allows choosing itemized repairs. I needed a little more info and they were very patient to talk out the detail and best approach. To me this is all far better than a fast, confusing rundown over the phone. Proximity and a loaner car were key aspects in my choice, albeit one resolves the other in most situations. I'll be back!

My vehicle would not start, computer ECM problems. Unable to determine cause because of it being a gremlin electrical issue. Cleared all codes and got it running to get me back home.

I’m beyond impressed with Off Campus Auto Repair! They are friendly and caring and have amazing communication. I brought my car in for an oil change and diagnostics (engine light on). They inspected everything, provided detailed info on the findings, including pictures, and were super transparent with pricing. Bonus points for getting a loaner car as a courtesy!! I was moving cross-country and was on the verge of being broken down and stranded. Landed in a hotel near these guys and spoke on the phone with Scott. He was understanding of my situation and was able to get me in first thing the next morning despite seeming to be very busy. The 2 guys at the front desk were also very nice and answered all my questions (related to the current issue or not). Life savers!

These are not only great guys but they do great work, my truck was making a clunking noise, they found the and fixed the problem (wheel hub assembly) and they got me back on the road in a few hours. No problems, no headaches, just good service.

Unfortunately we had a breakdown in the Amanas after the Michigan St football game. We had AAA tow us to Off-Campus as it was closest, and then I recalled other family had used them in the past. Although we were in West Des Moines, it was easy to get the work done. Sent pictures of what needed to be done with no pressure for a bigger repair. They did the work quickly and I was able to pick up car before Thanksgiving. They were awesome to work with! Thank you Off Campus!!
