They are one out of two best car shops in the Coralville area. They stand out from the rest because they have excelent customer service skills. They work quick through their waiting lists, fast turn around time, they can loan a loaner vehicle if necessary while the car is in the shop, and they are very happy to explain any car related issues to the customer. I still think it’s a scandal what prices car shops charge for labor hours, but that’s everywhere now. I only give four stars because their tow service is kind of rude and disproportionately expensive. I recommend this service.

We were moving our daughter across the country. We had a car accident that caused us to be towed to a repair place. We just picked this place from google. The car was towed in at 5 pm and was ready to be picked up by 1:30 pm the next day. They kept us informed on what was wrong, repair costs, and timeline. I’m very grateful to them for getting us back on the road quickly. We had another 1,800 miles to go, and the car drove perfectly.

My car suddenly leaked oil overnight. Turns out my oil lines broke. Went in with no appointment, was dreading a weekend without my car. Sent it on Thursday and by Friday evening i had my car. They also waited for me, 5 minutes past their closing time. Really appreciated their service. Thank you!!!

Great service and convenient!

My conversion Ford E-150 Van experienced a ruptured A/C line for the auxiliary unit. Off Campus was the only shop willing to work on the problem. They were open to all options to solve issue. Couldn't be happier with the professional manner in which they handled my requested work. Will definitely recommend Off Campus to others.

We broke down on the side of the road on our drive through Iowa, so we didn't have a lot of options as far as shopping around, and I feel like we were pretty lucky to end up with Off Campus Auto Repair. They gave us a loaner vehicle to get around town, they communicated a lot and kept us up to date on progress, and they completed the repairs in a reasonable time for a reasonable price. We were very happy with our experience and appreciated everything Off Campus Auto Repair did to get us back on the road safely and quickly.
