Had a couple major items it repair this last time in but I knew they were coming because I was notified during my previous oil change at Off Campus that these items needed repair. I appreciate that they keep customers informed of potential issues and also let me make the decision on when to repair things that come up on inspection unless it's a safety concern. This is a lot more than I can say for other big chain companies that don't take the time to look at anything unless specified prior to drop off but the average customer doesn't know what should be looked at. This means I feel safer in my car knowing that Off Campus is keeping an eye on everything for me.

Quick, efficient. In and out in no time.

I took my '88 mercury ford cougar into them to get my transmission fluid & transmission filter changed. They where informational about if something was already wrong with the transmission, then the work that they were going to do could make it worse. They let me drive a nice loaner car for free, without having to fill out any paperwork, for as long as my car was in the shop. On the bill, they had recommend work that needed to be done at some point, that included the price of each job. They didn't push for the most expensive thing to be done first, they actually recommend the 2 cheapest things be done first, which was the back break light, so that I don't get pulled over by the cops, & the serpentine belt, so it wouldn't end up breaking in me. I highly recommend them to everyone with car problems & I plan on getting all recommend car work done there.

They are very upfront about what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. They take the time to explain what could happen if things aren't fixed. Very trustworthy.
